Each machinist is involved in the implemented quality production assurance of every part. Each production part goes through a rigorous final inspection certification process.
The design of the plant allows for a smooth flow of raw material and finished parts. Overhead bridge cranes facilitate the movement of the largest component parts and completed cylinders, while CNC automated machining centers, lathes, bar feeders, and welding machines do their jobs. Pick and place robots allow our machinists to operate multiple machines, gauge and check manufactured parts, and optimize our production.
